Business and Strategy Development Unit

The mission of the Business and Strategy Development Unit focuses on providing essential support to the university administration in the decision-making process, as well as playing a supportive role in strategic planning and ensuring quality, institutional standards, and excellence.

The unit also oversees the preparation, implementation, and development of the university’s strategic plan, ensuring alignment with community trends, higher education requirements, and evaluation results to support continuous improvement and adjustment of plans and resources.
