The Employee Services Office is the executive body that assists university staff in completing various personnel-related procedures, such as finalizing contracts, processing payroll, managing leaves, and overseeing benefits, while ensuring smooth and accurate operations.

Human Resources Development and Performance Evaluation Office

This office provides continuous learning and training programs for employees and faculty members with the aim of enhancing their professional, leadership, and technical skills. It focuses on building a well-developed human capital base that meets evolving market demands. The office also applies global performance management protocols to ensure a motivating work environment that delivers fair recognition and rewards.

Human Resources Information Systems Office

The Human Resources Information Systems Office provides technical and operational support for HR, payroll, and budgeting systems through the integrated “Suleiman” platform. Its responsibilities include system development and maintenance, generating specialized reports, managing access permissions, and resolving users’ technical issues.
