The Public Relations and Media Unit is considered one of the important administrative units in any administrative system or official institution, due to its connection with all internal and external departments. It is the university’s window to society, serving as a link between the university and its internal audience of staff and students, and as a tool to establish strong and distinguished relationships between the university administration and the external public, including institutions and various segments of society. The importance of this unit stems from its aim to create a positive impression, enhance the university’s reputation, and promote a good mental image through the functions and tasks assigned to it, highlighting the university’s civilized image, its staff, achievements, and future projects to all interacting entities, gaining their trust and respect. It also documents relationships among administrative units and academic departments within the university, fosters internal communication, and supervises the organization of conferences, seminars, scientific forums, and events.
