The Student Affairs and Registration Unit at International Suleiman University is responsible for providing services and overseeing all student-related matters, with the aim of ensuring a smooth educational and administrative experience. The unit helps students discover their talents and personal abilities, instilling genuine virtuous values to create a productive and ethical elite generation. Through this, it works on developing students’ personalities by setting the necessary plans, programs, and activities.

Functions of the Unit

  • Supporting students’ academic work by guiding them throughout their studies at the university.

  • Promoting the university among public and private schools through introductory school visits and participation in open days, aiming to attract and recruit new students, while providing all kinds of support and care for current students.

  • Assisting students in understanding university procedures and processing their applications.

  • Offering practical workshops, organizing and participating in community programs to introduce students to the university and enroll them, and hosting open weeks for student orientation.

  • Managing financial aid and scholarships for students.

  • Enriching students’ academic journey and virtual campus life by enhancing extracurricular activities, providing opportunities for skill development, and encouraging participation in all forms of community service.
