Dr. Mohammad Husam Al-Din Unit Director Supervising the unit’s work, ensuring the implementation of policies and procedures, setting necessary plans in coordination with the university’s administrations to resolve academic and administrative issues.
Mr. Mohammad Al-Jamal Deputy Director Assisting the director in following up on daily work progress, preparing periodic reports, and supervising students’ academic matters.
Mr. Hazem Al-Jamal Student Affairs Manager Managing student academic affairs, following up on their academic files, and updating them in coordination with the academic departments and the Registration and Records Department.
Mr. Ahmad Mansour Registration and Records Officer Supervising the work of registration and records employees, keeping and updating students’ academic records, and issuing academic transcripts.
Mr. Bilal Ibrahim Academic Guidance Program Coordinator Assisting students in their academic problems through the academic guidance program for individual students, providing academic support and guidance.
Mr. Khaled Al-Najjar Certificates and Records Officer Preparing and issuing academic certificates and transcripts, verifying the accuracy of data in academic transcripts and records.
