The role of the Student Affairs and Registration Unit is to support the student’s academic journey by guiding them throughout their studies at the university.
The unit provides a wide range of services, foremost of which is promoting the university among public and private schools through school visits and participation in open days, with the aim of attracting and recruiting new students, while also offering all kinds of assistance and care to current students.
The Student Affairs and Registration Unit team introduces students to the university and processes their applications.
It also organizes practical workshops, participates in community programs to familiarize students with the university and assist in their enrollment, and hosts open weeks to introduce students to the university. In addition, the unit manages financial aid and scholarships for students.
The unit provides guidance, counseling, and advisory services by addressing student complaints and meeting their needs.
One of the key functions of the Student Affairs and Registration Unit is enriching students’ academic journey and virtual campus life by promoting extracurricular activities, providing opportunities for students to develop their skills, and engaging them in all types of community service activities.
The Alumni Office is also an integral part of the Student Affairs and Registration Unit, where the team works to develop, coordinate, and strengthen its relationships with university graduates around the world.
